Privacy Policy
Ubuk is a product of Duly Solutions, LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how Duly Solutions, LLC (“Duly Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Ubuk mobile applications and the Ubuk website at web.ubukapp.com (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Scope and changes
This policy applies to information processed through Ubuk when you create an account, manage or view schedules, subscribe to businesses, receive notifications, or otherwise interact with the Services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
The Services may link to third-party websites or app stores (for example, Apple App Store or Google Play). Those third parties have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
Information you provide
- Account and profile data — such as your name, email address, phone number, account type (business or client), profile details, and preferences you set in the app.
- Scheduling and business data — appointments, events, services, booking invitations, sign-up slots, notes, and related information you or your business enter into Ubuk.
- Communications — messages or requests you send to us for support or feedback.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — device type, operating system, app version, general usage activity, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and improve the Services.
- Authentication data — when you sign in, authentication is handled through Microsoft Azure AD B2C. We receive identifiers needed to verify your account (such as your email and account object ID).
- Web cookies and similar technologies — on the website, we may use session storage and similar browser technologies required for sign-in and basic functionality.
Information from device permissions
With your permission, the mobile app may access:
- Notifications — to send alerts about schedule changes, invitations, and account activity.
- Calendar — if you choose to add events to your device calendar.
- Contacts, camera, or photos — only when a feature you use requires it (for example, selecting a profile image).
- Location — only if you enable a feature that requires location data.
You can change many of these permissions in your device settings at any time.
Information from others
If a business adds you to a schedule, sends a booking link, or invites you to an event, we may process information about you that the business or another user provides (such as your name, email, or phone number) in order to deliver that invitation or appointment.
3. How we use information

- Create and manage your account and profiles;

5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and industry-standard authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
